The Double Waterloo 2 weapon rebalance has begun today, Tuesday 10, and will reduce the damage by half. This change will be performed gradually. The first pieces of equipment to have this alteration implemented are the ones available in the market. Eventually, the damage reduction will be extended to all users who have the double scatter weapon.
