ABUSIVE POSTS

Include every disruptive, inappropriate or inconvenient posts

SPAMMING

• Unauthorized advertisement or marketing messages;
• Useless or out of context messages;
• Posts missing the scope of the topic.
  

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

FLOODING

• Repetitive posts, or yet expressing the same point of previous posts, not raising any new elements or relevant points to the discussion.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Light".

FLAMING

• Negative or aggressive discussion, generally marked by misplaced arguments with the purpose of attacking or denigrating a determined member.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

TROLLING

• Hostile content posted on purpose in order to generate disruptive or flaming debates.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

BUMPING

• Posts without content or contribution aiming exclusively at calling attention to a specific thread.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Light".

NECRO

• Bring back long time inactive topics "to life".

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Light".

RANTING

• Excessively long, redundant, posts aiming at expressing complaint, anger, or frustration.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

CRITICISMS

Posts or threads containing non-constructive criticisms such as:

• Negative threads that does not offer options or solutions;
• Insist on using arguments or suppressed or invalid propositions;
• Criticize moderation or an employee or representative for a specific behavior.
  

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

CONTENT OR FORM IMPROBITY

It concerns specifically inappropriate content, or inadequate composition / line up.

Use of Images

• Excessive size or dimensions, according to the following restrictions;
• Avatars should be lined up with the following parameters: Format: GIF, JPG or PNG; maximum size: 100 kb; maximum dimensions: 125x125 pixels;
• Signatures should be lined up with the following parameters: GIF, JPG ou PNG; maximum size: 300 kb; max dimension: 468x120 pixels;
• Inadequate or obscene theme.
  

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Severe".

Language

• Use of abbreviations and expressions of an offensive nature;
• Use of offensive slangs;
• Use of language out the topic standards.
  

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Light".

• Use of inappropriate, offensive or obscene language.

Theme

• Posts out of topic or forum context.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Light".

• Inappropriate or obscene themed posts.

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Moderate".

 Links

• Providing links to unsafe content, malware, spyware, virus;
• Providing links to obscene, pornographic or illegal content.
  

Infractions of this nature are classified as "Capital".

NOTE: Infractions of this nature may suffer harsher punishments for they also conform to other sorts of natures, be them forum specific or ordinary to any aspects of the community. A post, for instance, can be judged as harassment and it will be dealt as such.
